Around the World - Summer Camp 2026

Give your child a summer filled with learning, creativity, and fun. Our 6-week Summer Camp is designed for children ages 4 to 10 and features a variety of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, cultural exploration, outdoor games, cooking experiences, storytelling, music, and hands-on projects. 


Each week introduces new themes and opportunities for children to learn, make friends, and build confidence in a welcoming environment. With structured daily activities and exciting adventures, campers stay active, engaged, and inspired throughout the summer.

Summer Camp Agenda

From 9AM to 3PM.
Additional fee for Before and After Care

Week 1: Explore the Americas

Monday: Introduction to the theme with a world map activity. Create a "passport" for each camper.

Tuesday: Cooking class – Make traditional dishes from different American cultures (e.g., tacos, poutine).

Wednesday: Arts and crafts – Create Native American dreamcatchers.

Thursday: Outdoor games inspired by American sports (e.g., baseball, basketball).

Friday: Movie day featuring films set in American landscapes.

Week 2: Discover Europe

Monday: Learn about famous European landmarks and create mini versions (e.g., Eiffel Tower, Big Ben).

Tuesday: Cooking class – Prepare Italian pizza and pasta.

Wednesday: Dance day – Learn popular dances from different European countries (e.g., flamenco, Irish dancing).

Thursday: Art day – Recreate famous European paintings.

Friday: Cultural exchange – Invite local residents to share stories from their European heritage.

Week 3: Adventure in Africa

Monday: Introduction to African wildlife with a nature scavenger hunt.

Tuesday: Craft day – Make African masks using local materials.

Wednesday: Cooking class – Try making traditional dishes like jollof rice or bunny chow.

Thursday: Music and dance – Explore African drumming and dance styles.

Friday: Storytelling session featuring African folktales.

Week 4: Journey Through Asia

Monday: Learn about Asian cultures through a geography quiz and map-making activity.

Tuesday: Cooking class – Prepare sushi and dumplings.

Wednesday: Arts and crafts – Create Chinese lanterns or Indian rangoli designs.

Thursday: Martial arts day – Invite a local instructor to teach basic moves.

Friday: Film day featuring animated films from Asian countries.

Week 5: Voyage to Australia and Oceania

Monday: Introduction to Australia’s wildlife with a focus on kangaroos and koalas.

Tuesday: Cooking class – Make Australian meat pies and pavlova.

Wednesday: Craft day – Create Aboriginal dot paintings.

Thursday: Games day – Play traditional games from the Pacific Islands.

Friday: Nature day – Learn about the Great Barrier Reef through interactive activities.

Week 6: Global Celebration

Monday: Plan a "World Fair" where campers showcase what they learned.

Tuesday: Prepare international dishes for a potluck lunch.

Wednesday: Create cultural booths representing each region explored.

Thursday: Global fashion show – Campers wear outfits inspired by different cultures.

Friday: Closing ceremony with performances, sharing experiences, and presenting certificates of completion.

Before Care

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Arrival & Morning Check-In

Welcome campers, check in, and enjoy breakfast.

Breakfast is Only for Before Care

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Morning Assembly

Camp announcements, icebreakers, and team-building activities.

Arts & Crafts / Sports / Nature Walks / Swimming (rotate activities daily).

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Snack Time

Healthy snacks and drinks.

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM:

Adventure Games / Science Experiments / Team Sports.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch

Sit down for lunch, followed by short storytime.

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Rest Time

Quiet reading, free play, or nap time for younger campers.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon Snack Light snacks and drinks.

Choose Your Adventure: Campers select from various activities (Free Choice)

After Care

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Team Competitions

Fun competitive games like relay races, scavenger hunts, or obstacle courses.

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Wrap-Up & Departure

Review the day, share highlights, and prepare for pick-up.

Camp Registration Information for Summer

Location: 90 Fabric Rd, Bunker Hill, 25413

Dates: June 22nd - July 31st

Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee, per family, of $212.00 is required to secure your child's spot in the camp.

Weekly Rate / Sibling Discounts: The weekly rate is $175 per child. This includes all activities, meals, and materials for the week.

First Child: $175//week

Second Child: $150/week

Third Child and beyond: $100/week

To register, please complete the registration form and submit your payment by CASH App, Zelle, Debit, Credit or Cash. (Cash must be in a Summer Camp envelope with family and child’s name.
